TIPA是影像技术新闻协会（Technical Image Press Association）的英文缩写。该协会由来自欧洲12个国家的约31个独立公司的摄影及影视杂志组成，这些杂志与摄影、摄像或者数字产品的生产厂家没有关系。由于TIPA组织的影响力和权威性，TIPA被认为是影像业界的奥斯卡奖。每年，TIPA 的编辑成员都会评选出被认为是欧洲过去 12 个月里最出色的影像产品。
